PRODUCT Shipping

  • Delivery Address

    • 1.1. When ordering products, the Buyer must specify the exact delivery address.
    • 1.2. When choosing the delivery address, consider whether you or your family members will be at home at that time. If in doubt, it's better to choose delivery to your workplace or another location where someone will be available to receive the package, or coordinate with our managers for a more convenient delivery date.
    • 1.3. Choose a delivery method that corresponds to your location. If you choose the wrong delivery method, your order may be rejected or the price adjusted according to the rates applied for shipping to your location.
  • Delivery Costs

    • 2.1. Delivery costs are specified separately and provided in the Buyer's shopping cart.
    • 2.2. A delivery fee applies to the delivery of goods, and the timeframe is indicated for each product or negotiated separately. Items are delivered to the property without loading/unloading services unless agreed separately.
    • 2.3. If the Buyer cancels the purchase-sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer, including the Buyer's paid delivery costs, are refunded.
  • Delivery Timeframe

    • 3.1. Each of your orders is processed as quickly as possible. Products are delivered every business day.
    • 3.2. If the ordered products are in stock, the Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products to the address specified in your order in Lithuania within an average of 1-4 (four) business days after finalizing the order/prepayment or payment of the VAT invoice.
    • 3.3. If the ordered products are not in stock or are custom-made, the Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products to the address specified in your order within an individually agreed period or the period indicated in the Seller's commercial offer.
    • 3.4. The Seller delivers the products to the Buyer based on the delivery terms specified in the product descriptions.
    • 3.5. Shipments may be delayed if you provide incorrect delivery address details, postal code, phone number, or if the courier cannot find you at the specified delivery time. If, for certain reasons, the courier cannot find you at home, please inform us, and we will arrange for a new delivery time.
  • Delivery Carriers - Couriers

    • 4.1. To ensure that the ordered products reach you on time and safely, they are handled by our partner UAB "Siuntų fabrikas", Juodvarnių Sodų 16th st. 33, LT-10235 Vilnius.
    • 4.2. You can use the services of these carriers - couriers: Lietuvos paštas, LP Express, Omniva, Venipak, Itella, SmartPost by Itella.
    • 4.3. The ordered products are delivered by an authorized representative or courier of the postal service. When the Buyer signs the consignment note/delivery note or the courier's electronic delivery system, it is considered that the Product has been properly delivered to the Buyer and is of satisfactory quality. The Buyer is informed that from the moment of handing over the Product to the Buyer, the Buyer assumes all risks of accidental loss or damage to the Product.

Important: Shipping to the Curonian Spit is subject to an additional charge of €21. For shipments to the Curonian Spit, please contact us via email: info@fleksas.eu.
