Where we ship

Flexypet (UAB Fleksas) ships from our workshop in Klaipėda, Lithuania to Lithuania and 25 other European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We also ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs

  • Lithuania: €3.99 to an Omniva parcel locker. Free on orders from €39.
  • EU countries and Norway: from €4, depending on the country and parcel weight. Free shipping on orders from €50.
  • United Kingdom, United States, Canada: €20 flat rate.

The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout as soon as you enter your address – no hidden fees.

Processing and delivery times

  • In-stock items are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Lithuania: delivery usually takes 1–4 business days.
  • Other European countries: delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Made-to-order and limited-edition items (for example, our leather collars) are handmade after you order – the production time is stated on the product page.

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Customs, duties and taxes

All prices include VAT. There are no customs duties for deliveries within the EU. For deliveries to Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, import VAT, duties or handling fees may be charged by local customs or the carrier on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

Delivery address

Please enter your full and correct delivery address, postal code and phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, re-shipping costs may apply.

Carriers

Parcels are handled by our logistics partner UAB „Siuntų fabrikas“ (Vilnius, Lithuania) and delivered by Omniva, LP Express, Venipak, Itella/SmartPost or the national postal service of your country.
