Right to Withdraw from the Purchase-Sale Agreement, Return, and Exchange Procedure

Right to Withdraw from the Purchase-Sale Agreement
1.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement within 14 days without providing any reason by informing UAB "Fleksas" (hereinafter - Seller).
1.2. The Buyer informs the Seller of the withdrawal from the purchase-sale agreement by submitting a clear statement expressing their decision to withdraw. The notification of withdrawal is sent via email to info@fleksas.eu. Upon receiving the Buyer's notification, the Seller promptly sends a confirmation of receipt.
1.3. The 14-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal from the purchase-sale agreement is calculated as follows: when the purchase-sale agreement is concluded, from the day the Buyer or the person specified by them, excluding the carrier, receives the ordered goods; if the Buyer orders multiple items with one order and the items are delivered separately, from the day the Buyer or the person specified by them, excluding the carrier, receives the last item; if the item is delivered in different batches or parts, from the day the Buyer or the person specified by them, excluding the carrier, receives the last batch or part. The Buyer has the right to use the money-back guarantee if all returned items have authentic labels, protective bags, and original packaging, and if the single-use packaging is not damaged, i.e., the items have not lost the appearance they had when sold.

Return of Low-Quality Goods
2.1. If the Buyer purchased low-quality goods and the low quality of the goods manifests as a manufacturing defect present at the time of purchase or non-compliance with the manufacturer's specified specifications, the Buyer can return the goods and, at their discretion, request: rectification of deficiencies in the goods free of charge, a reduction in the purchase price, replacement of the goods with a similar quality item, or a refund of the paid price and withdrawal from the purchase-sale agreement if the sale of low-quality goods is a material breach of the order.

Conditions for Returning Goods
3.1. To return goods, the Buyer must adhere to the following conditions: notify the Seller by email at info@fleksas.eu, provide the purchase document, submit a free-form request, and return low-quality goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Seller's Rights and Responsibilities
4.1. The Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer's returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure specified in the Rules. Money is refunded to the Buyer within 14 calendar days from the date the Seller received the Buyer's notification, and if the item is not returned to the Seller by the specified date, the term is calculated from the date of return of the item to the Seller. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the money will be refunded to the Buyer's bank account, except in cases where the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise. Money is not refunded for items that have been intentionally or negligently damaged or if the rules for using or storing the item were violated. The Buyer has the right to return goods only if the deadline for returning the goods has not been missed, the goods have not been damaged or changed significantly in appearance, and have not been used. All returned goods must have authentic labels, protective bags, and original packaging. The goods must be returned to the Seller at the address indicated by the Seller in the confirmation of receipt of the notification of withdrawal from the agreement sent to the Buyer. If the Buyer has exercised the rights established in these Rules, the money is refunded to the Buyer within 14 calendar days from the date the Seller received the Buyer's notification, and if the item is not returned to the Seller by the date specified in this paragraph, the term is calculated from the date the item.
