QCHEFS Dental Charcoal combines dental flakes with plant-based activated charcoal, coconut oil, brewer’s yeast and rice. When your dog licks the product, the fine particles and naturally antibacterial milk peptides spread through the mouth, helping maintain balanced oral flora, fresher breath, healthy gums and cleaner teeth.

The dental flakes initially occupy the pores of the charcoal. After the flakes are digested in the small intestine, the charcoal becomes available in the large intestine, where it can adsorb unwanted substances, gases and metabolic residues and support digestive comfort. Rice, brewer’s yeast and coconut oil provide naturally occurring nutrients and help support the intestinal environment.

How to Use

Daily amount according to body weight:

• Dogs up to 5 kg: 1 teaspoon
• Dogs from 6 to 12 kg: 2 teaspoons
• Dogs over 12 kg: 3 teaspoons

For routine daily care, give once a day in the evening after feeding as the final treat. Mix the measured amount with a dog-safe favourite treat, such as plain yoghurt, snack paste or wet food, and let your dog lick it from a lick mat so the product spreads well throughout the mouth.

For more intensive dental care against existing plaque or tartar, the manufacturer recommends using the weight-based amount twice daily. If you are short on time, place the product on the bottom of the bowl and cover it with wet food. Avoid simply sprinkling it on top of a meal, as swallowing it immediately reduces contact with the mouth.

An 80 g pack contains approximately 30 teaspoons.

Important

Do not give at the same time as medicines or food supplements, because charcoal may adsorb active ingredients. For temporary medication, use only after the course has finished or leave at least 6 hours between the medicine and this product. For dogs taking long-term medication, especially heart, circulation or thyroid medicine, consult your veterinarian before use or choose QCHEFS Dental Flakes without charcoal. This complementary feed is not a substitute for veterinary dental care.
